Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) Process for Ferro Nickel

Our Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) is at the heart of our Ferro Nickel production. This advanced
technology ensures the efficient and high-quality production of Ferro Nickel.

Process Overview:

  1. Loading: Raw materials, including nickel ore and other additives, are loaded into the
    furnace.
  2. Melting: Electric arcs are created between electrodes and the furnace charge,
    generating the heat required to melt the materials.
  3. Refining: The molten metal is refined to achieve the specific nickel content required
    for Ferro Nickel.
  4. Casting: The refined Ferro Nickel is cast into molds and cooled to solidify
